Overall it is a good place to stay. For a 4 star hotel, the price is reasonable. Feels safe.

Cleanliness is good. Internet is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but can be better. Location is good. There is a small mall opposite but need to use the overhead bridge to cross over. Due to construction it is a bit inconvenient to walk around. If planning to go to the Ancol area, this is a good hotel. The bed is one of the best I have slept in. The bath towels are great.

Stayed in Superior Suite. The toilet doors did not have a lock. The water pressure was kind of bad, esp. the water spray at the toilet bowel (both toilets). The cupboard doors need oiling...very noisy when opening. Do not have many channels to watch. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned regularly. The hot tub was not in operation. Going anywhere, do not take the taxis waiting at the drop off point. The drivers are not honest. Please take a grab.

Nice stay in Jakarta

All staffs speak very good English. The location is good, it's right next to Candra Naya, and some Chinese restaurants. Food at breakfast and restaurant is excellent!

Toiletries provided are rather simple.

The water pressure is very low. Waste water flow really slowly in the sink. The breakfast is terrible. Nice ambience and infrastructure in the restaurant unfortunately poorly managed. the choices are rather limited, quality is very low. Food are not labelled and often not topped up. You end us seeing a row of half empty trays. Hygiene is bad! They do not clear off all fork and knifes from the table, only what is obviously used. This is very unhygienic practice and you really don't know if a fork or knife is lightly used.

Look for Ms. Vina!

The hotel was pleasant and has clean, modern and efficient facilities that a traveller would expect. All is well and can be found in any hotel these days. But what really struck me and made the distinction is the staff and their welcoming approach with their smiles whenever they saw us. I was in particular amazed by the way my check-in and out was handled by Ms. Vina from the front desk and how smooth it was. Me and my wife were even offered a complimentary breakfast by Ms. Vina, which compelled us to extend our stay an extra night. She managed to give me a very positive impression about the place from the moment we stepped in the property. To me, I believe staff are the main factor that determine whether or not my stay will be pleasant and comfortable, you can stay in the best of hotels, but one rude staff can break all that. Staff friendliness is a rare commodity. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and the waiters and the Chef were all attentive and we were offered what we asked for instantaneously. Dinner was marvellous, we ordered Indonesian food, which was served in a generous portion and we enjoyed it so much. The taste was fresh and authentic. The concierge was very helpful in helping us with his recommendations and was very handy whenever needed. I highly recommend the hotel, which is easily accessible to the airport and main attractions in Jakarta, but mostly because it has professional and highly motivated staff like Ms. Vina to take care of you.

I booked 2 nights - 15 Jun 2023 and 17 Jun 2023. 15 Jun - 2105 room number is good. 17 Jun - 2112 - room is not good, please don't take if you read this comment. 2112 room - Sink stopper is spoiled, called reception and couldn't fix. Also, door handle in the toilet was broken, overall previous guests damaged this room. Hope it helps. Cheers.

My new go-to hotel when I visit Jakarta.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was very nice. Location is top notch - slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Central Jakarta, but still accessible. There are a lot of transportation options to and from the hotel, including the Transjakarta bus which has a stop near the hotel.

More channel choices for the television. Amenities, particularly the shower gel and lotion, can be bigger in size.

Good hotel, great staff

This hotel has everything you will need in Jakarta. A bar, restaurant and a Spa. The all you can eat buffet offers great local food at a reasonable price. We had a room on the 11th floor which offered great views of the Jakarta Skyline. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff is just amazing with a special mention of Helmy and the girls at the Spa which gave us a great massage. The location is good.

No real downsides except the metal detector at the entrance is a bit weird, but I guess that it's for our own safety.

I arrived without a functioning credit card and no hard-currency cash and you were handling me extraordinary circumstances with utmost respect and professionalism while securing the best interest of the hotel and your business. It is very difficult in our business, the hotel industry, to detect dishonest guests who arrive with excuses and fake credit cards which could have very well been the case under the circumstances I arrived at your hotel. However, you did ask many (and the right) questions, secured my passport and finally accepted a manual input of another credit card that nevertheless required my signature. You followed professional procedures while extending the benefit of doubt and I am very appreciative of your handling of my stay and settlement of my bill.
